A newly renovated area with a modern design, featuring two dining rooms.
The Palazzina originated as a private noble residence built in 1875 for Marquis Annibale Maffei di Boglio. It was designed by Oreste Bollati, an engineer and architect from 19th-century Turin, who created an elegant building in the Italian late-Renaissance Baroque style, enriched with French-inspired elements. In 1904, it was sold to Count Carlo Alberto Marone Cinzano, who carried out an extensive decorative renovation in the Neo-Baroque and Neo-Renaissance styles. In 1954, the property was transferred to the company that currently manages the Conference Centre.
The beauty of the building is complemented by the surrounding park, which was also requested by Marquis Maffei di Boglio. Inside, the historic rooms offer an elegant and private setting — ideal for welcoming guests, hosting dinners, receptions, and gala events. These rooms impress with the artistic details of their interior furnishings.
