Therefore, we want to reassure our visitors about the security of personal data provided through the website.

1) Data Controller
The Data Controller is the Congress Center of the Turin Industrial Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Congress Center"), with its registered office at via Fanti, 17 – 10128 Turin, represented by its pro tempore legal representative.
 

2) Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016, we inform you that the personal data collected through our website will be processed for the following purposes:

• To access the services of the Congress Center (e.g., registration for events or conferences) through website registration. On this occasion, we collect the personal data necessary for registration: identification, contact, and professional details, based on your consent. 
• In the Organize Your Event section, to set up or plan an event or conference by submitting certain mandatory data (identification, contact, and purpose of the event) based on a pre-contractual negotiation with the Data Controller. 
• To keep you updated on activities organized at the Congress Center, if of interest to you and based on your consent, which you may revoke at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every communication.
• In the Work With Us section, to receive spontaneous applications from interested individuals. This processing is based on a pre-contractual negotiation between the Data Controller and the applicant. 

3) Recipients of Personal Data
In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, other parties belonging to the "Unione System" may have access to the data as External Data Processors under Article 28 of EU Regulation 679/2016. The updated list of Processors can always be requested from the Data Controller.
 

4) Duration of Processing
Generally, personal data will be processed for the time necessary to provide the service requested by the user or for the purposes described in this document, without prejudice to the user's right to request the interruption of processing or the deletion of the data. Specifically:

• Data processed for the organization of an event or conference will be retained by the Data Controller for the time necessary to fulfill contractual obligations, including subsequent mandatory retention periods for tax and legal purposes.
• Personal data included in CVs and received through the website will be processed and subsequently stored for a maximum period of 24 months.
   

5) Exercise of User Rights
Data subjects have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data with the Data Controller, to know their content and origin, to verify their accuracy, or, where provided by law, to request their integration, deletion, updating, rectification, anonymization, or blocking (if processed unlawfully), as well as to object, on legitimate grounds, to their processing (Articles 15 et seq. of EU Regulation No. 679/2016). You will also always have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (https://www.garanteprivacy.it/). 
 

6) Territorial Scope
The personal data collected and processed through registration or access to the website reside on servers located within the European Union.
 

7) Changes to This Privacy Policy
The Data Controller reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy to comply with regulatory developments or for other technical reasons. In the case of non-substantial changes, we may do so without prior notice. Therefore, we recommend periodically reviewing this policy.

In the event of substantial changes to this policy, registered users whose data the Congress Center of the Turin Industrial Association holds will be informed of the changes via a communication sent to the email addresses provided during registration.
